Tosmare Shipyard provides to their Customers a 24 hour service seven days a week for qualitative repair maintenance.

These are the main business areas of Tosmare Shipyard:

Renewal of steel structures of any complexity;
Flow detection, ultrasonic thickness measurements of hull, holds and tanks;
Grit blasting, high pressure water washing, painting works;
Maintenance of machinery including repair of main and auxiliary engines, turbines, different kind of boilers, coolers, heaters and other ship’s equipment.
Propulsion systems including repair and reconditioning of shafts, propellers and stern tube seals renewal.
Survey and repair of safety and lifting equipments;
Piping including insulation and valves works;
Electrical works including overhaul of generators, electrical motors and automatics, as well as wiring and insulation works;
Tanks treatment including gas-free certificates and testing;
Hatch covers repair;
Hydraulic cylinders and other hydraulic equipment repair;
Various works upon Customer’s request.

Our skilled staff has good experience in repair of different type of vessels such as general cargo, reefers, tugs, trawlers, tankers and Ro-Ro vessels.

All works, ordered by the customer could be carried out according to Lloyd's Register, RMRS, Germanischer Lloyd, Bureau Veritas, DNV and ABS requirements.
