The certified “Tosmare Shipping Agency Ltd.” was founded especially for our clients’ needs. The main goal of “Tosmare Shipping Agency Ltd.” is to provide the best and quickest services to our Customers at port of Liepaja to avoid any delays or misunderstanding.
The Agency’s office is located directly at the Shipyard. The Agency’s services are available 24 hrs / day seven days a week throughout the year.
The main services of the Agency:
- Providing of sufficient information about port possibilities, regulations, customs;
- Arrangement of the berthing space at the harbor;
- Arrangement of discharging / loading operations;
- Preparation of the cargo and other documents, customs clearance;
- Port formalities upon arrival / departure;
- Arrangement of tug operations for all types of vessels; special rebates for docking/ undocking operations;
- Attendance during vessels stay at the port, dry-docking or repair afloat;
- Transportation / delivery of spare parts and equipment;
- All logistic solutions, cargo forwarding services;
- Supply of fresh water and discharge of sludge and bilge waters;
- Arrangement of special permit for bunkering in dry dock and at the pier
- Crew change (embarkation / disembarkation);
- Immigration formalities, including arrangement of Schengen visa upon arrival at Riga airport;
- Medical assistance (dentist, hospitalization, visit to doctor, doctor’s visit on board, vaccination etc.);
- Travel arrangement, hotel accommodation with special prices (discount10-20%);
- Communication services, language interpreter arrangement;
- Rental of mobile or internet communications, car rental and transport assistance;
